What We Will and Won’t Do
1. Services provided by us at The Silver Path are not substitutes for those provided by licensed professionals. We offer suggestions and guidance to help you with your current life path but we cannot diagnose either physical or mental problems or provide you with proper legal advice. We can offer you assistance and advice based on our own experiences and the insight we are granted by the cards but it should not be taken out of that context. For example, if you think your significant other is abusing drugs then there is probably a test a doctor can do which will answer that question for you better than we can.
2. Readings and other services are given regardless of creed, race and gender preference provided you are over the age of eighteen.
3. If, for example, I’m unable to give a client their reading within the allotted time agreed upon Kore will volunteer to take over and supply the reading and vice versa. If this arrangement is unacceptable and no other accommodation can be made we will refund your money and recommend you to someone else who should be able to help you in our stead.
4. We pride ourselves on giving honest and unbiased readings to help you get where you need to be.
Privacy Policy
Any email address or other contact information given (such as but not limited to: facebook details, phone number or address) is only collected for the purpose which is was requested and will not be shared with anyone outside of The Silver Path unless specifically allowed.
Contests
These terms apply to all contests that we hold.
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WON’T IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING UNLESS WE’RE RUNNING A RAFFLE.
2. Winners are selected using random.org.
3. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address so that we can get in touch with you.
4. We value privacy and will not share any information with inappropriate places, however, entering our contest means that there’s a chance your name and/or website will be published publicly on our site and other social media networking arenas. You may use an alias for your entry forms so long as you provide us in private with valid legal name and address should prize delivery require it.
5. Should there be a dispute about prize winning the person whose name or alias appears on the entry form will be the winner. Decisions made by The Silver Path are final. By entering the giveaway, you agree these rules. You and your entries may be disqualified if you cheat.
6. By entering the giveaway through this website, you release us from any liability and waive any and all cause of legal action.
